Mast Bend
Zero backstay: measurament the mast band in static contition without any backstay tension; mast-bend.jpg
60% backstay: to band of the mast for normal sailing condition, apply a moderate tension;
Maximum backstay: to band the mast in a maximum tension;

Mast/Boom measurament
1 m Measure from black band from the aft face of the mast
2 mm If you have an outhaul car and track, measure the lenght
Reef measurament (only if the reef block are fixed along the boom, leave blank if the block are end of the boom)
3  m Reef first lenght
4  m Reef second lenght
5  m Reef third lenght
       
6  mm Gate Lenght: measure the lenght of the entry gate
7  mm Feeder Height: measure up from the mast entry to the boom
8  mm Tack Up: measure from the top of the boom to the bearing surface of the tack fitting
9  mm Tack Back: measure from the bearing surface to the aft face of the mast
10  mm Reef Back: measure from the bearing surface to the aft face of the reef fitting
